Guarantee
Here at Curtis Racquets we guarantee all of our products against faulty workmanship and materials however due to the nature of polocrosse we can not guarantee our racquets against breakage.  Despite this we believe that customer satisfaction is paramount so should you experience any problems with any of our products please let us know.  We offer a full fix or replace warranty on all racquets which do not meet our usual high standard.

Shipping
 Our goal is to ensure that  our customers are completely satisfied and prompt delivery is part of this.  We endeavor to send all orders within 2 working days of the order being received.  Custom-made orders may take an extra 5 working days.  Our customers will receive notification via email when their order is dispatched.  Delivery by Express Courier International is the quickest delivery available and generally arrives at your door within 5 days of postage.  It is also trackable so you can see exactly where your order is 24 hours a day.  Orders sent by Air mail take considerable longer and cannot be insured or tracked.  Although every effort is made to get your goods to you in the shortest possible time, customs and other unforeseen factors out of our control can sometimes delay delivery.

Currently, you may review and request updates to your User Information retained by contacting Curtis Polocrosse Racquets. If you contact us to correct your User Information, we will attempt to correct such inaccuracies in a timely manner. Customs/Import Tax Duties
Some larger orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by your country.  These additional charges are out of our control and as such must be borne by you, the customer.  To find out what charges (if any) may be payable please contact your relevant customs office. It is a requirement that all international packages list the contents and the value of the goods.

Liability
Polocrosse is, by its nature, an extreme contact sport.  Curtis Polocrosse Racquets accept no responsibility for injuries or damaged caused by the use, or misuse, of our products.
